I live in Canada, and me and my friend were talking about starting up just a Poker Room... Not casino, just a PokerRoom... Does anyone have any clue on what is // Isn't allowed and what licences we need to have...

Obviously we'd have alcohol // Food // Drinks, that kind of thing...

You need to be more specific. You understand that "Canada" covers a lot of territory and different Provinces.

PAY a gaming lawyer for advice. There are plenty of them in Canada, including in whatever Province you call home.

Unless, of course, you want to affix the Title "Defendant" to your given name.
