3 bet AQ out of SB, lead flop? quick checkup

effective 100 bb's 50nl.

early pos pots. i repot AQo in the small blind. flop Q55 two tone. i've been fairly active and i'm pretty sure c-betting a good percentage. i lead 7.50 into about 11.

is this standard or am i folding out all worse, should i be checking for deception, pot control etc?

Flop comes either K high of J high. Still C-bet?

According to your logic, Hail, c-betting here would be pretty sketchy unless you intend to fire a second barrel unimproved on the turn, no?
