Washington State Court Challenge?

The gambling ban law, has been challenged in King County Superior Court, by the Washington State director of the PPA.

My question is: If the law is struck down in King County Superior Court, will the law be struck down across the entire state, or only in that county?

I don't know this for sure, but I would guess that since it's a state law, it would have to be overturned statewide.

There is a link to this guy's suit on the PPA page.

He is a poker playing lawyer and God love him.

But the challenge is only to Washington's online poker law, not any Federal law. Thus it only applies to Washington.
