I know someone who's planning to deposit into Stars. I'm wondering if there's some sort of referral bonus that they have available.

Boogster gives you 2000 boogster points ($20) for joining Stars.

Other than that I don't know of any signup bonuses.

They do have an affiliate program, which pays out $75 per player.
