Flop a set against a donk

Villain is 45/22/3.5 - i often checkraise sets but decided
to try b3b line as this guy was v aggro/crazy.

I think flop bet is too small, but i potted to turn as it felt like he was in call-down mode with a queen or a draw or something.

River is an easy bet/call against someone with these stats right?
