$25NL - QQ overpair, 3-bet by LAG. Felt it?

OK, villian was sitting at 41/20/7 after 90 hands. He was a LAG and pretty aggro, I'd seen him pull PSB's OOP with a flush draw on flop and turn before. I'd also seen him in a pot moments earlier, C/R on a T66 flop vs a PF raiser with apparently QT, so he says.
