Bet way closer to pot on this flop sice it is extremely drawy... What's your read on villain? If he is a maniac short stack there might be reasons for calling, but if he seems somewhat decent there is a argument for folding here even tho the odds you get are good... Would probably make the turn bet slightly smaller (a block bet) and then fold to the rr... But hey, I have problems playing shortstack donks in situations like this and probably stack off a bit to often myself...

Make the flopbet larger (potsize). People love flushdraws, so make them pay while you are ahead. I would probably fold to the reraise on the turn, except when I have seen the villain bluff on a flushboard before. But since he is a poster, this is probably not the case here.
