Like Tarheels said, you want to get it all in here against a shortie without any reads. If he has less than $15, Ill get it all in here everytime against an unknown.

Now if the player has greater than $15..Ill stack off with AK when I know the player in question is willing to stack off with worse hands. Against someone, who is an unknown/no reads, I wont do it, but there are other players here who are more than willing to risk it. Its just a higher variance play that Im not prone to make /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

Against the short stack I'll call cause his range is probably wider and getting 1.7 to 1 is enough even against QQ+,AK.


If he had a bigger stack though I'd fold to a pre-flop 4bet:
