AA gets minraised on flop, checked to on turn (50NL)

Villain is 40/2/.5 over 50 hands. I am 21/18/3.6 and have been raising limpers from the button frequently with a wide range of hands.
The minraise is scary as hell from a guy like this but when he checks turn and river do I have enough hand for a thin value bet?

P.S. Anyone wanna give me a ballpark estimate of a sustainable winrate at 50NL, I've run at 11BB/100 over 10k hands but I can't imagine thats sustainable?

I think the turn needs to be a bet and fold if you get check raised again.

As played you allowed every draw get there, betting for value is super thin and your almost never getting called often enough by a one paired hand on this board to make it profitable to bet.

Bet river like ~14 and fold to a raise.

Checking behind is missing out a lot of value
