This is a tough spot. I keep wanting to say shove but I can't put MP on a hand that doesn't have us beat. Draws don't play it this way. Neither does a pair + a draw. I don't think JJ,QQ, or AT is in his range. I think I can find a fold here. Then again, it's uNL and people play hands in all sorts of whacky ways, so I probably shove. Anyone else?

One pair is rarely good when 4 people see a flop and someone pots it. I fold.

The first two raises are good. And as for calling all-in you're shoving $8.50 into a pot of $66, I'd shove it and just hope you're good.
