You were probably a dog to Villain's range preflop (I mean, he 3-bet big versus a very big open-raise), so losing this one shouldn't be so shocking -- especially when the flop brings that ace.

Still, it is unlucky to be dealt QQ at the same time someone else is dealt AA (I think that's probably what Villain had, given his "tricky" postflop play, although AK is also possible).

Well played. Check on flop is best but the bet is still ok. Definitely fold to the push. Many people can't let their high pocket pairs go, go fold.
