Villain is 70/0 after ~25 and went to SD 40%

I'm thinking flop and turn are standard but what do you do on the river being OOP?

Easy AI against this guy?

Bet more on the turn($7-7.50) As played bet $14 on the river. If he wants to be a calling station, tax him. I can see villian slow rolling a set this way. Donks love to c/c to the river w/sets on any board. You may be beat, oh well.

I'd bet ~12 on the river. Unless he has a flush draw he has played this hand very bad. I would guess he has 99/TT or a busted flush draw here if I was forced to but that may be giving this guy too much credit.
