He has been playing 18/14/1.7 over 1700 hands. I just want to know how what people would do here, whether or not i should be trying to extract more money by betting or check for some pot control after a scary turn.....

Tag players almost never call 3bets with suited cards OOP. The only thing they might call with is AKss, which is obviously impossible here. You are ahead at this point 100% of the time. Bet for value, fistpump if he shoves. Being deep really doesn't change much here.

I mean check raising all in on the turn and giving him a chance to bluff is always worth a try now and again, no real reason to think you are behind here though so just figure out what the best way to get the most money in the pot is.
