Getting better

Hello everyone! I started playing cashgames about a 1,5 month ago because I got enough of a tournaments and wanted to try something new. Now we can get to the point which is improving my game. I have played aprox. 20k hands with 5.61bb/100 hands which is ok result I think. Straight me out if I'm wrong. I'm going to but my PokerTracker stats over here and I would be very happy If someone could look my stats and tell me what I'm doing right and what should I do better. Most of the hands are from fullring but I have tryed couple shorthanded session. These stats are from 10NL and 25NL
