Opp is a very loose player who was callig and raising my cbets a lot. Is my line ok?

Not after you've already raised his flop bet. Even if he has pair + draw at best you are not even much of a favourite.

If the action had gone, you bet $6, he raises to $18 then i'd be more likely to call, but here you've shown strength twice pre-flop and flop and he's 3 bet all in. Let it go.
