Villain is 44/16/3. Hero has seen him take some pretty unusual actions, but the pots were against an even fishier fish.

Ultimate Bet - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker (http://www.legopoker.com) Hand History Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh))

SB: $82.45
Hero (BB): $92.45
UTG: $24.65
MP: $17.10
CO: $43.50
BTN: $50.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $1.00</font>, MP calls $1.00, 2 folds, SB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.50

Flop: ($4) 5http://legopoker.com/hh/images/club.gif 3http://legopoker.com/hh/images/club.gif A/images/graemlins/heart.gif (4 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $0.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, UTG folds, MP calls $3.50, <font color="red">SB raises to $18.00</font>, Hero ?

My set is the bottom one and the pot wasn't so big to begin with, so can I find a fold? If no, then should I call or shove? If call, then what's the plan on a club turn? Blank one?

I'd push here. Me thinks SB isn't very bright, most likely Ax+, flush draw, plausibly something much worse. I think he calls with most of those hands too.
