Hero?

Whats the best plan for the turn/river? I think check turn for pot control and the be prepared to call a river bet, or make a small value / blocking bet on a blank river if he checks behind me?

I fire again on turn 14 or so and call a shove (he is short and will probable stack off with a lot of hands)

but this call all change if i have any reads

i think i throw out another bet and check river, i think i can squeak a bit of value form a lower pocket pair

value bet the whole way.. overpair unlikely given villain's limp his range is low pairs, bunch of connectors, JQ,JK.. so you are way way ahead.

You are oop so you can't determine the size of the pot.

He only started w/ $39.

If he is passive - bet.
If he is aggro - cc or cr.

If turn checks though I'm not happy and don't want to overbet.

I think a bet is fine (calling a push obv).

IMO you have to bet vs any kind of opponent giving a free card would suck and it was 36 not 39 sorry im being nitty

Bet turn, push river if undercard.

c/c turn and c/c river I think is fine. Keeps the pot under control and it also will most likely induce a bluff from villian on the river. If we bet the turn it just seems like we fold out all the hands we beat except for 77-99 and we most likely won't get much value out of them anyway. (especially if we lead again) c/c lets villian hang himself

He checked the turn and then the river was 5d or something v irrelevant. I made a value / blocking bet, he called with 33.
