I hate it when this happens to me first hand. I often make a crying call on the river, but I think that's probably wrong, I doubt this is KJ or a weird bluff often enough to justify it

without any read at all, this isn't a strong enough hand for me to potentially play for a big pot. I would just fold to his flop raise and wait for a better spot.

You are only a slight favorite over a draw, anything else pretty much has you crushed.

i dont mind a flop call, but you need to decide on the turn if your going to call a river bet. calling turn then folding river is not a good idea imo.
this situation is read dependant, theres people who will min raise on a bluff / with TP/WK / with the nuts, and you wont know which untill you carry on playing. as his turn bet look pretty week, i would be inclined to call him down here and if hes doing this with a set then hes a retard.
