Need reads/stats...especially for hand 1.

Hand one I have a feeling you are drawing to 6 outs...but without read you cant be sure.

Hand 2 is a little different...but I am probably shoving the turn as played.

Any reads/stats on these villains? that would help a lot.
Hand 1: I think that you may be in trouble here. 7 outs is a possibility.

Hand 2: As played I snapcall river without reads. This looks like QJs or TT to me, but range is wide enough that you should call getting almost 3-1.

Hand one is read-dependent.

In the second hand, I agree with Ramana that you should've re-raised on the flop. You have to be willing to get it all-in on the flop here once he plays back at you. He could be doing this w/ an A and a flush or straight draw or a worse two pair. If he did get lucky enough to hit the straight or a set, you just have to pay him off.
