I'd fold. First of all you need to make 11.7 times your pre-flop investment when you make a set in order to call for set value and I don't think you have that here, Plus UTG could reraise.

Not sure how you came up with that figure of needing 11.7 times your pre-flop investment to call for set-value. Could you explain further or show the math?

dbitel showed the math. I'll give a cursory look for that post, but it's late here so I don't think I'll find it.

You're about 8-1 to hit your set. I generally use the 5/10 rule I think it's called. If it's less than 5% of yours and the villains stack call and if it's greater than 10% fold. In between use best judgment. Anyway, I fold here.

Opponent dependant. If the guy with the good stack is very nitty and his reraise is 100% AA-KK I call. Otherwise fold.

Huh? They both have very similar stacks; $33 and $36. Meanwhile hero has $25.

This is a fold. You don't have enough information to be playing 77 oop in a 3bet pot, and UTG raiser is still to act. Wait for a better spot.
