Well, just moved up for 50nl.
Here are my stats. Please fill me in on anything and everything. I had about 30k hands of 25nl previous to this when i started playing in january. I reged a long time ago but never did anything with poker...account sort of just sat for awhile. But, my previous 30k was wild. I was up 700$ in like 24k hands and dropped to $300 by 30k due to bad play and underestimating variance.
I have since dropped my arrogance and became a student of the game. I don't play much though but i'm going to try to put in at least 1k-2k hands from now on per day as i'm really enjoying poker. My previous hobby of chess (USCF 2017) got old.
My BR is ~1250ish. I started with only i think 90$ from the previous time i played poker and decided to take shots at 25NL. Plus i shipped my brother some money to get him started and i played in a few tournies which is why my amount won isn't = my BR. I'm a bankroll nit now though. But that's why i stayed so long at 25NL.
Anyway sorry for the speech, here are my stats.

That big dip at like 29k was me losing with AA to a guy with 22 on flop of 392 /images/graemlins/frown.gif. I easily should have folded this as my SPR was around 11 and he limp called my raise. AND i 3-bet a nit on accident (got my tables mixed up) w/ QQ he flat called and flop came 5TJ and we get it in turn Q river is A and he wins w/ KK. Bad play by me in that spot...i'd blame it on being tired or whatever but i find there aren't any excuses that justify poor play.
Oh, i DON'T play FR anymore. I was playing poorly anyway and hadn't learned about utilizing position to it's fullest potential nor 3-betting ranges etc. Was mostly just feeling out the game and running ok at the same time.
I've been going to SD a lot at 50NL...getting in spots w/ marginal hands where villain bets $2 in $14 pots etc. I folded a few of those types today to obvious flushes etc. Also i've bluffed a bit and been looked up by people i didn't expect to (non calling stations etc). Plus it took me a bit to adjust to getting floated constantly by 27/15s etc. I'm still doing fairly well against those types but mostly i just go find better tables.
If anyone is interested i'd like to find a coach for cheap. Or someone who would teach me for free/payment later/make a project out of me as i like learning from those who are better than myself, or who can open up my game and make it ready for 100NL. I think i watched a Danbitel video where he mentioned something about coaching, hope he reads this. I hope to be there before the middle-3rd week of September.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
