I would fold. BTN reraised all in to a cold call and a nice reraise. Unless you have a read telling you otherwise lay it down i think.

Fold without a read. Without a read I feel QQ+,AK is pretty much the best case scenario for you....and it's not good. So call with KK, fold with QQ. With reads and /or history things can change.

Not really sure. I would call alot (in fact I would very rarely fold here) but if RR-ing ranges are tighter here, then folding might be best.
