villain is 51/0. I really wasnt sure what to do on the flop but felt I most likely had the best hand here but wasn't sure do due to this guy never raising a hand pf. Any ideas?

Don't 3bet the flop....fold or I could see calling with a read of some kind. Definitely do not 3bet.

Do you know his postflop agg.?

Do not reraise the flop, you only beat JQ/JK is he gonna play that this way given your read.
I just cannot see myself committing 60% of my stack here on TPTK?.... He either has 44/55 or JTs?

He had JT and turned two pair, so should i just call his raise and call him down hoping he doesn't hit 2 pair?

Ok so he's not very aggressive even taking into account how many hands he's playing.

I think fold flop here. If you do call flop (never 3bet with this board cause you're either way ahead or way behind) then looking at the turn. He's gotta play this way with KJ/QJ or some mid-pair or something for you to call this. Even getting 2.5 to 1 I just think you're beat and need to fold. A set seems likely....and if he was messing arounf with a KJ/QJ/TJ one of them beats you now....prolly not even too big a deal.

But I've only ever played 6 hands (mistakenly at 25NL) below 50NL so I can't say I know what game conditions at 2NL are actually like. Maybe someone else will be able to give a take on that.

HIS ACTIONS define how you play this, If the Ten hadn't come on the turn would he have pushed? I doubt it, You would have bet out the turn, and he calls you down or folds

Sample size of villains hands?

In this spot - on the flop - I sometimes call (and re-evaluate on the turn) and I sometimes fold; I almost never 3-bet.
