Don't cbet this OOP into 2 people. If you never cbet a whiffed AK OOP multiway regardless of flop texture it wouldn't be much of a leak.

I like the c-bet. Would be better if it was Q85r and even better if it were Q84r. (And of course it'd be better if you had position and got checked to.) But I think you can c-bet this board and you probably don't need to make it that much: 3.65-3.75 should be fine.

Turn check fold is good.

I make my cbet smaller here, the board is pretty dry, and if they are folding $3 will get a fold. Also your cbets get called more often with two callers, and I think pot size cbets on dry boards get little action when you have a big hand and lose too much money when you miss. Turn fold is standard, he's not going away after calling a $4.40 bet.
