i would probably dump it on the turn. JJ/QQ type hands aren't going to fire two barrels oop with two broadways on the board usually. pf call is ok at 3:1 with position and being suited i think. i wouldn't go too far with top pair versus heavy agression though.

Dumb question: If we are getting 3:1 to call preflop, why are we folding? Are we concerned that this is a trouble hand and we are going to have a tough spot against the typical villains 3-bet range (I am guessing TT+, AKo/s)?

Pretty much that's it yea. This is a ROI hand (reverse implied odds). Pre-flop call isn't terrible by any means, but I'd rather not do it especially with 60BB effective stacks.
