Villain is 25/12/1.3 over 200+ hands, no specific reads.
Not sure if that's relevant to Villain but my table image is bad, I haven't been dealt a lot of cards and all my cbets have been called/raised. I'm 12/10 over ~60 hands.

I'm not sure about my turn bet. I think I was hoping Villain would think I was just bluffing the scare card and look me up with his lower pairs. not really sure what I should do with this minraise, his range might be 45s, sets, maybe AK but I'd really feel weak folding here.

I would call. I could see him doing this with AJ or AT

If I call what would be my plan for the river ? He also might have A8 here, I think if he bets a decent sized bet on the river, I'm very rarely ahead.

Yeah, if he puts in a nice bet, you should fold.

But I also think there is a good chance that he checks to you again, in which case you should probably check behind. But I don't think the turn minraise necessarily means that you don't have the best hand.
