My Cbet is not big enough, right? Should I also bet more on the Turn?
As played, does I have to call the push on the turn because of my odds?

Yea, your Cbet isn't very convincing... I would definately bet $1.75 - $2 there.

I play my draws very aggresively so I like the double barrel, but I think you have to fold to his raise.
Your ace outs may not be clean, your gutshot outs may already be dead to a straight, so the only real clean draw is the flush.

I rarely see NL25 players doing this on a draw, and with this board texture I would really think he has a made hand. You need to call what... $11.15 to win a pot of $22? Calling isn't an option obviously and he surely isnt folding if you push, so I fold with those odds.
