Villain was tight with 16 VPIP and 9 PFR after 132 hands. Should I just call or fold in this sitaution? Could he push a Jack or 99 or TT?

I don't think he's pushed with anything you're beating, assuming he's playing reasonably tight as per his stats. Theoretical fold, I know I'd probably call and spew anyway...
No way he has an a solitary 8, more likely AA,KK,JJ I'd say, but I'm a donk tho
