villain is pretty much unknown, i'm playing taggy 22/20/5, Do we value bet now? Seems like he tried to bet the turn and represent the flush... Also play it different on turn, and bet more/less on river?

Personally I like the turn call but what does every one think about a raise in this position?

I think you're only getting action from a flush if you do this and you're scaring off a Q that might call the river.

I probably would check the river for the reason who I am gave, I just dont see value here.
The greatest mistake I see here is not raising the flop.
Thats a drawy board, so Id make it something around 12

Raising turn would drive out a lot of hands that will call the river bet.

I like the river bet. I puke having to fold a set getting more than 4.5 to 1. It would be tough and usually player dependent, but the hand is little more than a bluff catcher vs non tricky opps.
