You're goal w/ CBetting is to bet the smallest amount that you can that will win you the pot.

However I can only assume that this concept only applies when you do not have

a) a big hand preflop or
b) make a big hand on the flop.

I know another goal in cbetting is to make your big hands look just like ur normal cbets but i feel that at uNL would it be more beneficial to bet closer to pot with big made hands and draws vs like a 2/3ish pot bet? (If you think most opponents arnt paying enough attention to notice?

opponents may notice, but they probably won't change their action. I only change my bet size depending on what the flop brings. If it's a dry board, I'll bet smaller. If it's extremely coordinated, then if I have something like TPTK, I'll bet pot, maybe even little more than pot. If it's coordinated and I have a flush draw, then I'll probably make a smaller c-bet.

What is the purpose of the smaller CBet w/ a coordinated board when you have a FD?

But if you bet bigger and are called, there's going to be more money to win if you hit. I think PNLHE recommends betting more with your draws as a semibluff for this reason.
