how agro and donkish are we talking? agianst normal LAG tard I prob felt this, expect to see 77-TT and draws alot of the time you have to include sets in his range but I think alot of the time your good here.

You should be raising more on the flop - to 22-25 maybe - and that makes the turn call easier. I'd expect to see spade draws with the J/images/graemlins/spade.gif play this way, maybe A/images/graemlins/spade.gif2/images/graemlins/spade.gif played badly. A set is possible, for sure, and I wouldn't be too surprised to see that. But raise more on the flop and it becomes easier to call a big turn bet.
