I think his minraise gives you the correct odds to try to fill up especially given villain still has ~25$ behind, so a fold seems wrong. However I'd probably c/f river unimproved.

No. You realize that you are almost guaranteed to have 10 outs IF you are behind right? Currently the pot is offering you over 4 to 1 and if you add in implied odds you are getting more then enough to call here.
