Villain is average loose/passive donk. Haven't been at the table too long so no stats. I have been playing TAG. Raised a few pots and took it down.

I figured he could donk a lot of hands. I'm trying to be more aggressive so I raised. He called quickly and then instantly shoved turn. I thought maybe he had a set or a slowplayed overpair. Possibly something like AJ or KJ too. Seemed kind of strange to play it so fast. Usually poor players don't play their good hands that fast.

I like a flop raise (and calling a b3b from 3/5 stack).

You showed a lot of strength and can't expect a bluff to work here.

Good fold.

Yea you raise the flop to check the oppoent's strength. The
turn is definite fold.

I ended up folding. Surprisingly villain showed TT. Not sure if he was bluffing or value betting.

Flop raise is fine but you have to fold the turn

I dont think ive seen anyone say call flop and shove turn.

thats a good strong line.
he very likely will be commited (if he bets again on turn) and forced to call with weaker hands 9J, TJ etc.

Played fine, fold turn.
dmoney: He'll have 31ish with a 12 dollar pot on turn. He bets like 10, hero shoves, he's not calling with hands hero beats. + This way we are charging spades for drawing with our 3bet on flop.
