Unkown villain. Hand makes no sense. The raise on the turn just makes me think Q5/Q3/53 OR a flush draw looking to push me out the pot as KK/QQ/55/33/KQ don't add up as any half decent player (maybe I'm giving too much respect for 10NL) would raise vs a SB limper. I think the 8 on the river is a total blank hence my valuebet as if he has 2pair i'm still ahead and that his over raise is missed hearts/random two pair hoping to fold me out/get value.

This latter was just my thought process as I tanked on the river before I called. Does anyone else see my hand as best here or is it just me? Does anyone here check/call check/fold river instead of leading for 2/3 pot?

prefer a fold pre-flop, but im pretty tight, so see what others say about that.

well 10NL players are pretty passive, even in bvb. i would say you have the nuts here and he spiked another 2 pair as sinse you have a 5, its unlikely he has 55, and why would 33 call flop?. id be happy with 3bet felting the turn here.

Yeh pre is questionable as usually I prefer to either raise or fold here but the game was very very passive and with 3-1 on my money I thought I'd take a cheap flop.

Looking back at it I think a 3bet on the turn and getting it all in is the best play as the majority of the time I have the nuts here. My time bank nearly ran out hence just the call as I was, as usual, over thinking the hand.
