Sorry if this hand is a standard river bet...And if it is a standard river bet,is it also an easy fold if raised?
If you don't like a river bet here, do you think a c/c is better and why?

Villain is 26/14/5 over 240 hands, I have notes on him that say - "4bets light in steal situations A9s, 88" and "Limps KQs UTG, calls PF raise, then stacks off when hitting TPGK." So from those notes plus his stats, hes likely a competent player, however, he has some big leaks and is probably a wee bit fishy.
