Villain is 42/25/0.5

I never really know what to do in spots like this against a villain who plays so many hands with such a low aggression. Is it +EV to fire another barrel or should I just shut down.

No...I'd check.

Check behind for pot control. You have a marginal hand on a dry board. You have $38.75 behind on the turn. If you bet 1/2 pot and are called, you'll only have about another 1/2 pot left on the river. Middle pair is not worth 1/2 your stack here. check and re-evaluate the river.

Looks like a good opportunity for pot control against someone who looks like they may continue to check on the river. BTW, does .5 indicate their aggression factor just on the flop, or whenever they take the lead on any street?

At the time it was what was up on gametime+. I've looked on PT and his overall aggression is 1.5.
