I am not happy how I played this - any suggestions for playing this hand better or tips, in general, for handling a 3bet with A-K ?

Thanks in advance.

Don't min raise for a start
I probably just push but I rather just fold then call for 33% of my stack and fold to a blank flop

I'm going to go ahead and give a shot at answering this. I think this really depends on your reads of the villian. But I think the normal range for this kind of bet is JJ+ and AK at 10NL. I think in this situation the right move might be to push all-in preflop. But I'm not sure. You are an underdog the range I mentioned. As played I think you have to fold the flop. I definitely don't think you can fold pre-flop.

1..Do not post wait for BB
2..Do not min 3 bet make it $2-3 togo..
3..Calling the 4 bet is fine so is a push

As played fold the flop...

I think pushing with AK depends on villains. Do not blindly push against a nits 3-bet.

Someone who is multitabling and running 15/5 or so for example is clearly not just trying to "bully" you around.

Pay attention to your opponents and their past hands, that all goes to what to do when your 3-bet.
