ok I think this was an interesting hand so going to see post it by street and hopefully a discussion ensues about each streets so notes to begin with.
I am 25/24/5 over 200 hands and have been 3/4 betting very regularly
My opponant is 21/18/3.25 over 136 hands and has 3 bet me as well, I have 4 bet him a few times, once he insta pushed all
in over me.

SB: $55.30
BB: $57.70
UTG: $72.70
MP: $32.15
hero (CO): $57.30
BTN: $90.50

Preflop: hero is dealt Thttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif 8http://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif (6 Players)
2 folds, hero raises to $2.00, BTN calls $2.00, SB folds, BB raises to $7.00

ditto. It's close for me though. If the 3-bet were a little less or stacks say 20% bigger, I'd call.

Super easy FOLD..Stacks are not nearly deep enough to call and we are not even closing the action...

Ok so people say fold, well naturally I called.
It wouldn't have been an interesting hand if I folded anyway!

So on to the flop

Flop: ($16.25) 2http://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif Ahttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/club.gif T/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 Players)
BB bets $11.00

Oh yeah, button folded pf btw

What now?

FOLD unless you feel a based on your read a bluff raise will show a profit...Standard is to FOLD and not think twice about it...

I think you're getting way too fancy for these micro stakes. Fold preflop and fold on the flop.

So far all say fold the flop as well as pf. Well naturally I called. Man I played this hand well.

BB bets $11.00, hero calls $11.00

Turn: ($38.25) 2http://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif Ahttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/club.gif T/images/graemlins/heart.gif Khttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif (2 Players)
BB checks

Ok, now what. Can I make it 3 bad moves in a row??

pre-flop: i think you have to let this go.

flop: fold - maybe he's just cbetting but you're still behind JJ+ and I don't want to make a move with our image. the only thing you beat is a squeeze range. fold >> call >>> raise. if he bets turn super easy fold. if he checks turn we've got a tough hand.

turn: sigh. i can see how this is going. checking and folding the river would be fine. if you think you're ahead i quite like a 1/2p bet to see a free river, folding to any action obviously.

Given the fact you called pf you cant just fold the flop, of course this is one of the problems with the pf call in the first place.

I'd check the turn and take the free card, i think there is a good chance your ahead already though, but look for a cheap showdown unimproved.

So we like a check then?
Good stuff make that 3 out of 3

Turn: ($38.25) 2http://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif Ahttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/club.gif T/images/graemlins/heart.gif Khttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif (2 Players)
BB checks, hero bets all-in for $39.30, BB folds

I play goood

Anyway yeah. Pf I felt he was at it a lot, now in this case I suppose 4 betting is better then calling but I had position so I decided to call. Looking back yeah it's spew and I am probably guilty of fps.

On the flop well my plan was call and if he fires away on turn then insta fold. I think the ace scared him more times then not.

On the turn, he has shown weakness, I have pair and draw, time to pump it. The problem I have is I check I could end up facing a very difficult decision on river. I may get him to fold best hand, underpair say to the ace and have outs if I called.

These sort of hands tend to happen in heat of battle especially after I have played very aggro as I feel people are playing back at me left right and centre.
Probably need to work on that

like the push on the turn ,but dislike the preflop and flop action since the stack are too akward to pull off a succesfull play often enough to be profitable imho

Fold pre-flop - Hand over.

Flop is fold - Hand over.

Turn is shove - It's a bluff though to fold QQ,JJ. Just hope he's not being tricky with AA,KK,AK like I would do here or has AQ,AJ and checked cause he didn't know what to do.
