It was hard for me to set him on a range at these flop. So i decide to calldown. So he could bet with weaker jacks, bluffs, weaker pairs. But i he have a set or 2-pair it really hard to fold to a big river bet because my calldown against this minbets looks weak. If he have a draw he gets really good odds,

It feels icky, but I probably do the same thing.

I think the other option is to pop the flop with the idea that you're playing for stacks (which is probably not too unreasonable in a blind battle given how much money already went in preflop relative to your stack), but if I took that approach and the hand went to showdown, I don't think I'd be particularly optimistic if Villain took any line other than simply calling me down.

So raising the flop is an option but it has its risks, I'm saying.

I am raising the flop as IMO this is a donk bet. This player probably has a draw AT, weaker pocket pair, weaker J.

In any case I prefer raising the flop and playing for stacks.

yeah I'd play it the same usually.

this looks ok but i think you need to raise the river/turn for value
