What do you do if you're OOP? Lead out and fold to a raise? Check/fold?

How do you know that villain isn't just betting a scare card? His bet seems pretty weak to me. As played, I probably fold.

You think he has an Ace here better than 75% of the time?

No way I fold here, when I have invested 60% of my stack, villain needs to show down a winner if he wants the pot. Judging just from villains play in this hand he probably sucks and if he shows down a pair of aces he is ratarded enough to show down other stuff that we beat.

Edit: Yay, 1000 posts. Maybe I should have said something more eloquent and insightful.

I'd fold here; AT/A5/A3 are all in his range as is the NFD, and any trash A he just randomly decided to call with.

I'd need a specific read to continue on here, even with the great pot odds we are getting.

Doesn't this look like a fd trying to draw cheaply?

Uh....47/14/1.5 is pretty much the opposite of nitty in my book... To have a 1.5 af over 47vpip is quasimaniacal.

i meant nitty postflop , preflop he's aggro but it looks like he's only putting money in postflop with good hands ...(could be a small sample tho)

hero only has about $4 left, and villain's line doesn't make any sense whatsoever -- if he had Acxc draw, might as well check and hope hero dumps the rest of his chips off. If he had any Ax that paired on the flop and now has aces up, same thing. Would he call that flop with a bare Ax hand? I doubt it.

I think it's a moderate hand or draw that's using the scare card - often enough - to call this. How often do we have to be good? Little less than 1 in 4 times?
