Since you are nearly 200bbs deep I like a 5bet preflop.

Its more like a 4bet since COs raise doesn't really count.

As played I probably call flop and c/f turn if he makes a strong bet, I dont really like raising and I cant see him betting turn with hand that you beat.

Putting him on the standard range of premium hands TT+,AKs,AKo for preflop you only have 52% equity, but you have position and you have effective stacks 150BB so i like a call here. However if he has been 3-betting you light OOP you could even raise him with the idea of taking the pot down preflop.

On the flop, if you raise after he pots it to you are not going to get many hands to fold that would make that PSB. Only really a way overplayed AK (of which if its AcKc you are going to the felt anyway), plus it will also force you to call should he shove and thats 150BB on QQ.

I think a fold here on the flop is bestest /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think you need to edit the action - it looks like the converter screwed up somewhere.

I'm guessing on the action here, but since this is the most likely hand you're going to flop, you need to know what you're going to do before this happens. Are you going to put all your money in if you flop an overpair on a dry flop? If so, then let's go. If not, then your best play is to 4-bet preflop. If he pushes, you're almost definitely up against AA or KK with those stats. It's up to you if you want to call or fold at that point. I don't think they're doing that with AK. If they just call the 4-bet, then you have to commit on this flop.

Effective stacks are about 138 BB's preflop, MP minraises, I 3-bet from CO, BTN 4-bets. If I call the BTN we're at about 38 BB's going to the flop.

MP minraise is his standard opening raise, he is very bad LAG (72/12/3.4) over couple hundred hands. I have been active so I guess BTN could interpret my 3-bet as a simple ISO of a bad player. BTN is very TAG tho (see stats) so even if he thinks I'm 3-betting light I still don't think he 4-bets worse than TT+, AQs (best case).

Don't really want to 5-bet pre and get shoved on bc w/ his stats and image I really think that means KK+. So I elected to call. Bad logic?

Post, is betting the Flop much more effective here?

True, it would be a 5-bet, but I tend to disregard the min-raise 2-bet. Anyways, if you want to call here, then you need to have some kind of a plan. You can't "re-evaluate the flop" because you're going to get c-bet at just about every time. If you just call the 4-bet, then the only line you can really take is shoving if you flop an overpair.
