My question is do I isolate the shortstack by 4betting or do I just call here?

Shortstack is just at the table

Although the cold call of the re-raise is pretty scary, I think I re-pop for value to like $20.00, planning to call a push.

Given the size of the pot pre-flop, I'd think you're pretty committed to the hand. Shove pre-flop if you think BB will call; otherwise, stop n' go by calling pre-flop and pushing on the flop.

I assumed the stats he referred to were the stats for the BB...who cares about the SB?

This is a situation where all the dead money in the pot makes raising/pushing with JJ profitable no matter what...unless this is like a solid TAG in which case the Cold Call makes me vomit in terror. I think re-potting is scarier than pushing but whatever...I think just calling is kind of weak/scared.

I usually reraise. I'd probably reraise JJ+/AK here cuz the dudes gunna fold fairly often.
