I don't think I'm folding to the flop reraise, but am I always beat on the turn? I believe my play may have been tilt-induced.

Some stats would be rather useful.
Have you seen him raise with draws before?
As a default I don't like the push and either call or fold, most likely call

Stats I have on this guy is 18/11 over 200 hands, slightly passive post flop. He seems pretty solid, afaik.

Based on these stats you have to fold.
I mean this guy called you on the BB but he's still a tigth man(18 is tight,i'm a TAG and have normally 22) and u also says he's passive.Here his line isn't passive.He check raise you and then bet the turn,and also with small bets.
As this doesn't seems so much as a draw i probably call this bet and another small bet on the river,but i really think that's wrong.This is usually QK or a set of fives.
