QhXh is one possibility, but I agree that Villain's line is weird, and I certainly don't want to pin him down to any one hand.

I don't like your chances, though, and I think you should fold.

Edit: By the way, I wouldn't rule out any broadway Qx hand. The two of you are deep enough that Villain might have thought AQo was worth a flop peel.
