Ok...this is BVB so I like pf, flop, turn play.

I think he calls a PSB on river with any ace the way this hand has been played. So I like a PSB.

I think he is raising sets, 2pair, straights, and flushes.

I would call here.

But I would prefer betting pot on river.

I would bet 3 if I was planning on bet folding.

KT would not have stayed in at flop at 4 outs to a PSB. Flush would probably have bet at the turn to protect from another spade hitting. The more competent the guy is, the better your chances are here. The guy prolly has aces or two pair looking to punish you for your smallish bet on river. I'd call - and although sometimes we'll see a flush or straight it's not going to be as likely as us scooping.
