25NL AK TPTK vs. semi-solid + donk

Reads: Although I've only been at the table a few orbits, I'm pretty sure villain is at least kinda solid. Just after I sat down, he had TPTK, bet hard on 2 streets to protect a very draw heavy board, and then called 1/3 pot-sized lead from a flopped set. A few hands before this one (if he was paying attention), I had a similar hand that went 3/4 PSB w/TPTK on KTs8s, check-check on 9s, call 1/3 PSL on Jo.

1. We know he doesn't seem to overvalue TP.
2. He can't have the NFD.
3. Button is still behind us.

These might be good enough reasons to let this go.

Tough spot. Check-raise usually indicates strength, and against a semi-solid villain youj are most probably behind or only slightly ahead.

I think the most likely hands for villain are probably:

* 10/J
* Flush draw
* K/8 or K/Q

Are you a gambler or do you want to play it safe? I would probably FOLD here most times. However, if you want to gamble against the straight/flush then you might reraise all in. I think call is definitely the wrong move since you would be committed anyway.
