If your A were a /images/graemlins/heart.gif, I'd call. Without any reads I fold here because it is very likely that villain bets the river again and your hand is not likely to improve. You may already be beaten, too.

Maybe this sounds nitty, but there are many better spots at NL10.

standard fold, you beat air and lesser Jacks or crazy agro 10s, and youre going to face another bet on the river with no heart in your hand

I agree. You are probably beat. A rule of thumb: If you make a pot sized bet on the flop, you justify villians call w/a fd if you call a bet of 70%+ of pot on the turn. Calling 1 time will make drawings villian hand break even. Any more and he profits from his flop call. Calling and c/f the river is also an option. If villian is passive, folding the turn has to be best. If villian is tricky/bluffy, you may be able to call 1 street. Problem is that they may bluff the river knowing you can't take the heat. Folding is probably the best play.
