PartyPoints Statements are SO confusing

My "net balance" in my February statement suddenly dropped from 7K to nothing in the middle of February but I didnt spend any points in February

And on the PartyPoker client it says I have 13K points!

What does it all mean?

Yes, the "Net Balance" seems to be meaningless at best and confusing as hell at worst. I have asked customer support several times about it but I don't think they can view that screen and they can't seem to figure out what I am talking about.

I have given up trying to understand it.
