Both are unknown.

Should I call?

Is there a better line to take on the flop? Should I have reraised pre?

yep...3bet preflop.

the only way I get all in on this flop is if I am the one shoving. I dont think your ace is good so you have 9 outs.

do not lead this flop without a plan on what your going to do if raised (and you should have this thought out since PFR's raise a donker quite frequently)...blindly leading with no plan seems lameo.

My plan was to call pf and hit a flop and then I led the flop planning to b/3bAI.

Unfortunately, the best laid plans...

Edit: So was that a good plan? Should I have c/called? C/raised?

Your relative position is perfect, you ruin it by bettin out yourself. If you let the preflop raiser start the betting, you probably get perfect odds for your draw.
3betting preflop is better IMHO, but if you call at least make use of your position.

if your plan was to b/3b dont let that deter you from not doing it! also, his relative position wasn't perfect but it wasn't horrible.

why is it not perfect? he is directly to the right of the preflop raiser. If he cbets Hero will be the last to act, or would it be better if he was on the button and SB and BB folded?

it's better if we c/r though /images/graemlins/smile.gif, but yeah, go w/your plan MP is probably also drawing fairly often

Any stats on utg?
I do love a 3 bet here considering how much dead money is there but it depends on how tight he is
As played, well I did a bit of stoving
Board: Ks 9c 7c
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 39.337% 39.34% 00.00% 15967 0.00 { AcQc }
Hand 1: 60.663% 60.66% 00.00% 24623 0.00 { AdAs, AhAs, 99, 77, AKs, KTs+, AKo, KJo+ }

Not sure if I am being over generous with his range there or not so it's pretty marginal either way which makes me want to call because well I am a station
