Bet more on flop, 3.5 is good. I was raise turn to about 12, fold to a push.

I don't see any value in calling down, it's pure spew really if you think about it; you're calling because you're afraid of a 9, so why not just raise and see if he has it? He's gonna let you know fairly quickly.

This board is pretty dry but I'd still bet 2.5-3. I don't see any reason to raise the turn. Hes either bluffing or you are drawing slim. Looks like he has a 9 that slowplayed the flop and started to panic when the board got more drawy. I think you can safely fold this river unless hes been playing crazy.

Without information on villain is hard to make a decision here. Bet more on the flop and call the turn, if he fires on the river again you will have to fold it.
